Purpose: Edits configuration object properties.

Overview: Currently, the only configuration object that is editable is the Palette. The Palette is important for the Rainbow modes of plotting.
Properties: If a Configuration object is selected, Properties shows the Edit Property dialog box associated with this object.
Help: Shows this help topic.
OK: Puts away the Edit Configuration dialog box.
