Edit Tests

 

Purpose: To Copy or Delete Tests within the Protocol.

Overview: A discussion of the meaning of a Test can be found in the Overview section (Tests ). A Test is a set of Populations derived from a particular Tube. Tests are a very important feature in QuantiCALC because they enable you to correlate information and graphics that are derived from multiply stained tubes in your panel. A very simple use of this facility can be found in CD38 tutorial. A more complex example is described in Introduction to QuantiCALC.

 

Open: Select to open a previously saved file that contains the list of Tests.

Save: Select to save a list of defined Tests.

Help: Show this help topic.

 

Edit: Select to edit the contents of a selected Test (Edit Testn ). A Test is composed of a selected Tube or Tubes and a set of defined Populations.

 

Copy: Copy the currently selected Test and add to the list.

Delete: Delete the currently selected Test from the list.

 

OK: Select to put away the Edit Test dialog box.
