To upload files to our tech support team, you will need to login to our ftp site
using an FTP program. Some browsers can also be used to upload files, but
this functionality is not universal. An FTP program is recommended. Many of these, like
FileZilla, are available for free.
Contact for our ftp site location and user login information.
Navigate to the Upload folder and upload your files.
Note, for security reasons you will not be able to see files in the Upload folder after you upload them.
