One interface with multiple uses

The design of WinList allows you to quickly create the analysis in either an unstructured or structured mode, or even a combination of the two. In the unstructured mode you can simply open files and create histograms, regions and results as needed. For structured analysis you can use protocols (analysis templates) to re-create specific analysis strategies. Even with the structured approach you can always modify the analysis setup by adding histograms, changing parameters, moving or adding regions at any time.

Fluorescence Compensation

WinList has the easiest-to-use, yet the most comprehensive and powerful N-Color Compensation^TM in all of flow cytometry. Automatically set up the histograms needed for compensation with the new SPLOM display (Scatter Plot Matrix) and simply load your controls. WinList can also read the compensation settings established by some cytometers that are written as keywords in the data file. This feature allows you to start with the instrument compensation then adjust this compensation if desired. WinList also allows you to turn compensation on and off with simple click of a button so you can easily see either the compensated or the uncompensated data.

HyperLog^TM display

The new HyperLog™ display enables you to see the events that have zero and negative values resulting from subtractive compensation. This information allows you to verify that the data has been properly compensated. WinList also provides you with a simple toggle to turn the HyperLog display on and off.
