Try Before You Buy

We sell quality software products and make every effort to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. The best way to know that a product will work for you is to try it out before you buy. Download a trial version or contact us and we'll send you a trial version on CD. We can set things up so that you can analyze some of your own data files with the software. And our tech support team will be glad to answer any questions to help you understand the product before you spend any of your hard-earned money.

Our Policy

Because we make it easy for you to know what you're getting before you buy, we do not offer refunds or returns on our software products. We will help you before, during, and after your purchase to work with the software, so please talk with our sales and tech support teams before you buy to make sure the product is a good fit for your needs.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our sales team immediately to arrange for a replacement.
